WRU Anti Doping Regulations 2006-2007

The Regulations for this season are now in the Club's possession. They will be distributed to all players as soon as possible.

NB. It is the Players responsibility to ensure they comply with the regulations.

If you are on medication then you may need to inform the Team Manager and/or Medical Team. 

 

UWIC RFC Captain 2007-8         Alex JONES

UWIC RFC have named Second Row Alex Jones as their Captain for the season 2007/8.   Alex comes from Maesteg where he attended Maesteg Comprehensive School, leaving in 2003.   Having Graduated from UWIC in July 2007 with a BSc (Hons) Sport and PE., and he has just started his PGCE PE course and hopes to secure his career in teaching sport whilst playing rugby as long as he can. Alex commented that "It's a great honour to be captain of a club with such a history. I only hope that in my year as captain we can regain the BUSA Championship, and progress in the Welsh Leagues." Alex has progressed through the ranks at UWIC RFC having started in their Youth Team and quickly moved into the 1st XV squad where he has been a regular player for the past 2 seasons.
